1.Introduction

This Shipping, Delivery, Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs purchases made through Aurizen.life and Aurizen.co.in (“Websites”, “Platforms”), operated by Aurizen Collectives LLP (“Aurizen”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By placing an order on the Website, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

This Policy is framed in accordance with applicable Indian laws including:

  • Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020
  • Information Technology Act, 2000
  • Applicable GST and commercial laws of India

Part A — Shipping & Delivery

2.Shipping Coverage

Aurizen.life currently ships products only within India.

We reserve the right to restrict deliveries to certain locations depending on operational feasibility, logistics availability, government restrictions, or vendor limitations.

3.Order Processing Time

  • Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation of payment.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
  • Certain products, customised items, partner-brand products, or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

4.Shipping Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Delays caused by courier partners

Aurizen Collectives LLP shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers beyond reasonable control.

5.Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping: ₹50 on orders below ₹799.
  • FREE shipping on all orders ₹800 and above.
  • Logistics partner: Shiprocket (activating at launch).
  • Cash on Delivery available across serviceable pincodes.
  • Additional charges may apply for express delivery, remote locations, or oversized items.

6.Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared through:

  • Email
  • SMS
  • WhatsApp
  • User account dashboard

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

7.Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incorrect contact details
  • Customer unavailable
  • Refusal to accept delivery

the Company reserves the right to:

  • Re-attempt delivery
  • Charge additional shipping fees
  • Cancel the order after reasonable attempts

Any refund in such cases shall be subject to deduction of shipping, handling, and operational costs.

Part B — Returns & Replacement

8.Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product received is defective
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product significantly differs from description
  • Product missing items/components

To be eligible for return:

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, invoices, and accessories must be intact

9.Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable unless damaged or defective:

  • Opened sealed items
  • Customised or personalised products

  • Digital/downloadable products
  • Clearance or final-sale items

Aurizen reserves the right to classify certain products as non-returnable based on hygiene, safety, or product nature.

10.Return Request Process

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Product details
  • Reason for return
  • Photos/videos of issue (if applicable)

Aurizen may request additional information before approving the return.

11.Return Pickup

Where eligible:

  • Reverse pickup may be arranged through logistics partners; or
  • Customer may be requested to self-ship the product.

Products must be securely packed to avoid transit damage.

Part C — Refunds

12.Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved in cases of:

  • Eligible returned products
  • Cancelled orders before shipment
  • Failed deliveries attributable to the Company
  • Duplicate payment transactions
  • Out-of-stock situations after payment

Refund approval shall be subject to internal quality checks and verification.

13.Refund Mode & Timeline

Approved refunds shall generally be processed within:

  • 5–10 business days for UPI/wallets
  • 7–14 business days for bank cards/net banking

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law.

Banking delays beyond Company control may occur.

14.Partial Refunds

Aurizen reserves the right to issue partial refunds in cases including but not limited to:

  • Returned products showing signs of use
  • Missing packaging/accessories
  • Customer-caused damage
  • Return requests beyond permitted timelines

Part D — Order Cancellation

15.Customer Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support.

Once an order is shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

16.Company Cancellations

Aurizen reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Pricing or technical errors
  • Product unavailability
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Regulatory restrictions
  • Force majeure events

In such cases, eligible refunds shall be processed.

Aurizen may facilitate communication and resolution but may act only as an intermediary platform for certain marketplace transactions.

Part F — Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law:

  • Aurizen Collectives LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from delays, failed deliveries, product misuse, or third-party logistics failures.
  • Liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.

AURIZEN™ is a trademark and proprietary brand identifier of Aurizen Collectives LLP. The domains www.aurizen.life and www.aurizen.co.in, along with all associated logos, designs, product names, content, graphics, website elements, and branding, are protected under applicable intellectual property laws, including the Trade Marks Act, 1999.

Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property displayed on the Platform is owned by Aurizen Collectives LLP and/or its respective licensors. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, imitation, distribution, or exploitation of such intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
